Court Acceptance

While our course is designed to meet California Family Court standards, we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular court will accept our certificate. California Family Courts maintain varying requirements for co-parenting education, and each court has its own standards and approved provider lists.

Before enrolling in our course, you must:

• Contact your specific court to verify their co-parenting education requirements
• Confirm that online courses are acceptable for your case
• Ask if there are any specific providers or programs required
• Understand any deadlines for course completion

Certificate Delivery and Your Responsibilities

Upon successful completion of all course requirements and payment, we will make your certificate available for download through your account within 24 hours. We do not submit certificates directly to any court or government agency.

You are solely responsible for:

• Downloading your certificate promptly after it becomes available
• Saving and maintaining copies of your certificate for your records
• Submitting your certificate to the appropriate court by their deadline
• Following your court's specific submission procedures
• Verifying that the court has received and accepted your certificate
• Following up with the court regarding your case status

Certificate Information

Your certificate of completion will include:

• Your full name as provided during registration
• The date of course completion
• Course duration (4 hours)
• A unique certificate number for verification
• Our course provider information

Important Limitations

Please understand that:

• Completing our course does not guarantee any particular outcome in your legal proceedings
• Our certificate is not a substitute for legal advice or representation
• We cannot advise you on legal matters or court procedures
• We are not responsible for missed court deadlines or requirements
• We cannot guarantee that courts will accept certificates from online courses

Replacement Certificates

If you need a replacement certificate due to loss or other circumstances:

• Log into your account to re-download your certificate (available for 15 days after completion)
• After 15 days, contact support@togetherforkids.com for assistance
• We may charge an administrative fee for replacement certificates
• You must provide identifying information to verify your completion
